It was not built around an older downtown or a collection of neighborhoods that slowly grew together. It was designed as a master-planned community, which is why the roads, lakes, sidewalks, parks, schools, businesses, and residential areas tend to feel more organized and connected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For families, professionals, retirees, and buyers relocating from larger metropolitan areas, Viera can feel like an easy transition.
